FAQ

When will my order ship?

I try to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-3 days to prepare and ship your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

 

What are my shipping options?

Right now, I am using USPS, as it is the most affordable and quickest shipping option. 

For small orders, there is an untracked shipping option to ship by letter mail. If you choose this option, be aware that letters may take longer to arrive or get lost. Upon choosing this option, you assume these risks but if something does happen, please contact us (neon.shiba.studio@gmail.com) and we will work with you to help! :) 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally, domestic orders will take around 2-5 days after shipping for your order to arrive. I live on the East coast of the US, so orders will take longer to Western US or internationally. 

*Note: Orders to Canada are currently delayed due to the Canada Post Strike.

 

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, I am shipping internationally where possible.

Additionally, for international orders, I am not able to collect or remit VAT, import taxes, or other fees that may be issued by the receiving country. Please note that by placing an order, you, the buyer, understand that you are liable for any VAT fees/charges that occur. Potential fees and taxes are different for every country and you can check with your customs office to understand any that may occur. These fees or taxes are not included in shipping costs or item price. Thank you!

EU and Northern Ireland: Due to new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) set by the European Union, I cannot feasibly ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at this point. The new regulations require a Responsible Person or Authorized Representative located within the EU or Northern Ireland to ensure safety standard compliance. As a very new and small business, I unfortunately cannot afford to hire a representative to meet these requirements. 

I sincerely apologize for this and hope the small business community find a viable solution to this. Thank you for your understanding.

  

Why isn't my country listed during checkout?

Please contact me (neon.shiba.studio@gmail.com) and I will add your country to the international markets list, provided it is not one of the countries addressed in the previous question. Thank you and I apologize for the inconvenience!

 

 Do you accept returns?

I am currently not accepting returns, but please reach out to me (neon.shiba.studio@gmail.com) if you have a problem with your order and I would be happy to help when possible! 

 

What do you use to make your products? 

Our prints are printed on Premium Matte 230gsm Art Print paper. Our sticker sheets are printed on Premium Matte Vinyl Sticker Sheet paper. Our die-cut stickers are printed on Premium Matte Vinyl Sticker Sheet paper and are laminated. 

Neither type of sticker is technically waterproof but we have tried to make them as water resistant as possible. I have had unlaminated stickers on my sketchbooks and ipad case for 1-2 years and they still look good, though this is not a guarantee as durability can be affected by time, usage, external conditions, etc. Thank you for your understanding!
